Now Hiring - Retail Sales Salon Manager in Gambrills, MD

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Retail Sales Manager to oversee our amazing European Wax Center Gambrills location!

To thrive in this role, you'll need to love a fast-paced environment, have a passion for strong customer service and be results driven. The Center Manager is responsible for taking business goals and developing a monthly and quarterly plan of action. This includes but is not limited to; leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness.

Store Operations:

• Maintains the center's organization, appearance, and cleanliness
• Communicates effectively with staff and senior management
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop a successful team
• Ability to monitor inventory efficiently
• Guest Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guests remain the top priority
• Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities and staff evaluations; meeting center Key Performance Indicators to grow the business
• Leadership: Being punctual, proven ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the established team, while building a strong and positive culture

Preferred previous experience in the Salon/Beauty Industry and efficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
